I’m a citizen of the world. I was born in the Congo and grew up in Africa and the Middle East then traveled extensively around the world for work and pleasure and had the privilege to visit many more countries in Africa, The Maghreb region, The Gulf region, South, Southeast and East Asia, Australia, North and South America. I was “born global”.

Morning Routine

What does your morning routine look like?

I like waking up early to a dark and tasteful Turkish coffee, I then take care of my children’s breakfast, take them to school and kick off my working day with positive energy 🙂


Tell us a bit about you. What did you do before starting this company?

This article I wrote about 7 years ago gives some background on my activities: I spent most of my professional career working for the high-tech/startup ecosystem, always in Sales, Business Development and Account Management. I fulfilled different roles that took me to different places on the globe to discover new cultures and experiences.

Did you have a side hustle in college? If so, tell us about it!

I was leading the organization of my school’s events, especially the last year of college.

What does your company do?

Linkcard is a DIY (“Do It Yourself”) builder that allows to create micro-site for practically any business marketing & communication need. Within a matter of 10min, one can generate a new digital profile, a meeting card, an invitation to an event, a holiday blessing, etc.

What does the revenue model look like (how do you make money)?

We created online plans typically used by SaaS (Software as a Service) products that provide for 3 types of plans and we offer tailor-made plans for companies.

Bootstrapped. No money injection except for the time of each founder allocated to generate value.

We’re a mid-size* company in terms of revenues.

All efforts were initially concentrated in a product-driven growth.

Yes, it’s always an option. We try to leave the door open to all possibilities.

Help An Entrepreneur Out

Building a new startup is very tough, I wouldn’t start all over again! That being said, if I had to recommend someone a new project, I’d go for blockchain as the infrastructure of the future where there’s plenty of space for growth.

That being an entrepreneur is the best way to keep on learning something new everyday.
